Cant file bug reports

Filed a bug report. After some time a window appears (standard windows UI colors, btw) and says timeout, cant save bug report or something like that.

Yep, for me too. Not able to fill a ticket. After around 30 seconds an error message appears, something like no response ... I could not read the full message since a second later my game crashed :)

I'm having the same problem. Each time I file a bug report in game it comes back saying "timeout." I hope Cryptic fixes this problem. It's better to do the bug report in the game when you notice the bug. It's too much to remember where and what the bugs are once you're able to get into the STO website to report the bugs.

Same here, can't file community tickets or bug reports on tribble since it came back up with f2p beta on it.
