Military Tier DOFF Syatem

The Military Tier is bugged in the Doff System. Looking at the system, it looks to be the only one thats bugged from the rewards available. It is the rewards set for the science branch. Which is so unfortunate because I have over 3000 cxp in that tier and it won't level up.

That sucks, especially since Military is one of the quicker ones (or so it appears) to level up at the beginning.
