Cap level BoP missing?

I hit Captain level with my KDF toon 2 days ago and the Bird of Prey for that level was not in the ship store on Qo'Nos. I don't know if that's been fixed in the last 2 days, but it seems to be a large over-sight of a bug... I was forced to re-spec because of it.

Yep.
1) The storyline missions are broken so it is impossible to level via missions
2) Not enough BO's, energy credits, and a broken DOFF system
3) Missing ships

KDF has had seem better times.
In the TV show, mind you, but it was better times.

I also notice this today when i hit captain on KDF.

I also notice several buggy mission on kdf side. And no kdf type weapon reward for what news is old.

I be nice if they gave some thought to these issues before launch f2p.

I leveled via story missions... and got weapon rewards for EOINA... so... yea... but the Doff thing is game-wide not klink exclusive... though more prevelent for KDF... and yes, you don't get boffs while raking but you don't need them, you start with 4 and get more through Doff missions and can easily buy more for dilithium.
