Klingon Sci ships

As you look at this idea of ​​changing the Klingon ships?

Actually this is some justification. In the first, Klingon have not free line of pure Sci ships and Gorns Sci only for money. I proposed something similar in the past (I called the concept "scout ships" based on the fact that the Raptor was actually a scout in "Enterprise" not some kind of heavy destroyer).

I also designed a pair of "retrofit" ships for the KDF, one was based on the Norgh BoP and one was based on the T2 Raptor which would perhaps resemble what you have in mind at least a bit:
