Can't buy Ki'Tang with captain token?

So my KDF character just hit captain and I duly trotted off to the shipyard. The T4 raptor and cruiser are both priced at 1 captain token but the bop is 8k dilithium and a token I don't have. Bug?

Edit: If I had to guess, I'm seeing the silver price for the bop and the gold price for the other two, with a gold token to spend.

having the same issue as well. the captain BoP costs 8k dilithium plus the token while the raptor and cruiser only cost the token.
