Game crashed three times in one hour!

I was literally on my way to fulfill my credentials for having just reached VA when it first crashed. And now, every time I've tried to enter the game since, it's crashed. The first two times were on beaming into ESD. I rubberbanded for like a minute or two each time, and then it crashed. The third time, it was on a different toon, during the load screen after selecting my toon. Each time I verify the files, roundabout file #59,000 the file name is "crypticError.exe", which I can't figure can be good, since it shows up every time.

What should I do?

After the third time of verifying files, the game stayed stable. I got my VA uniform. Here's to hoping that yesterday was just a fluke.
