Assignment rewards always wrong?

Is there some kind of bug afoot that shows me one set of rewards upon completion and an entirely different set of rewards is recieved when claimed?

For example, One assignment showed me a "Rare" DOff as a reward, but what I recieved was just more uncommon... no rare, not even the same names that was listed.

And this seems to happen in one way or another on every single assignment with item rewards :(

The reward displays for Duty Officers granted from most assignments are wonky. They're randomly determined when you turn them in. They should have the question-mark icon placeholder but it isn't working properly.

Heretic is aware of it and has commented on the issue. Basically the display is trying to 'predict' what you'll get when you turn it in, but with all the variation, it's never accurate.

The only assignment I've seen with the question-mark icon instead of a Duty Officer picture is for Colonial Renown assignments.

This is a known issue on the UI programmer's list of things to look into. We thought the issue had been resolved, but there have been numerous reports over the last few weeks that it is happening at least under some circumstances, so he's going to have to dig in and figure out what's going on.

It's pretty much any mission where you get 2 random doff's from a cadre on completion (3 on crit), when the mission completes the results page shows you 2 specific doff's including their rarity, but when you press "Accept", you get different doff's to those picture (who are often inferior, which is the main bone of centention).

The cadre pack isn't affected.
