Are the energy credit requirements bugged, because even though I have plenty of credits It won't let me do
assignment's needing them.

The EC requirements were all working for me, on my poor characters, the text is red indicating they do not meet requirements, on my rich characters, the text is white, indicating they do.
Is your text red? Do you possibly not meet some other requirement of the mission?
