I logged on today for the first time in maybe two months, and find that, I am sent to the character creation screen. I back out of it to find I have no characters in game whatsoever. I can't even make a klingon char either. Nice. Anyone know where my VA saurian, my low sci trill, and my three gorn went? I'm a lifetimer, so I'm rather ticked about this.
I can't even see the things in the c-store that I have already unlocked previously.
Yes, I have filed a ticket about this.
My character still exists in the fleet, and I would wager all the others still exist, I simply cannot access them ingame AT ALL, or the unlocks I am owed in c-store.
