[Console - Universal - Graviton Pulse Generator] is bound but the brief states....All items that can be awarded by the Cardassian Lock Box can be traded or sold on the auction house to other players.
If I had known this when purchasing keys then I wouldnt have purchased and chased after this. Either sort it out or give me my C-stor points back. Thankyou.
My bad. I have been informed because it was in another box when opening the cardasian box and i opened the box it bound it to me. live and learn..or maybe read the info first next time.
