Tactical Conosoles Modification

Greetings to all, i would like to propose a change about one tactical console in particular:

Tactical Console - Prefire Chamber

This console acts exactly as the Directed Energy Distribution Manifold, my propose is this:

Prefire Chamber - Modify Fire Rate of all weapons (Cannons and Phasers), to a maxium of 35%, like the shield Emmiter.

If not, it would be possible to simply modify the speed of the cooldown to .5, or .8 seconds?

What do you think?

I dont think anyone uses thoose consoles anymore... the tradeoff for specialized consoles is just too huge at this point.

The tradeoff is huge, but increasing the rate of fire of the energy weapons is truly a tempting issue...

Thanks for the coments, guys.. and yes, it's a trade of.. that's the purpose, give more options to the player, i don't mind to give up some specialized consoles in favor of flexibility..
