Cryptic what is the plan to fix vanished respec token?

a lot of older chars got hit by respec token vanishing. Some allready reported it back in december and got nothing but a GM reply to "bug report" it. Since then the token have not come back and are still missing.

A respec token is 400 CP roughly 5$

It is unacceptable to have such issue pending for such a long time without any further communication.
Its not about a lost hypo its about a mechanic you guys charge 5$ for so get your things together and at least let us know WHEN we can expect a fix for it.
And pls could you explain why as long a item with C-Store value gets eaten by your data it isnt instanly replaced?
Must be very complicated to grant 3 token to a char or is it too much work to check the char data that you guys brok at one point? :mad::rolleyes:

like geting charged 10 cent for saving a word file :rolleyes::D

But doesnt matter if we agree with Cryptics Ferengi Department of Greed aka Marketing but if you payed for something and gained token by doing so they should be available and not getting sucked up in some poorly made update.

But still mistakes are human no problem at all STILL... but not responding and not actualy helping those hit by Cryptic's mistake/error is just unprofessional :rolleyes:

So pls Dan/Bran improve such things and maybe invest a little less in new C-Store fluff before you havent rolled up at least a few old issues...
