Quad Cannon Adjustment Request

Hi STO Admin.,

I have two ideas to make the Quad Cannon useful at end game.

1. Adjust the power drain on weapons from 10 to 5, leave the power drain the same on the engines.
OR
2. Provide a bonus when the quad cannon is installed on a defiant - variant ships.
At anytime, you can rescale the bonus, make it a small bonus, but it will make it curious for folks to "buy" the weapons and etc.

If you like the idea, here are my other wide and crazy ideas, which and use more support? =P

also, make then not unique or at least give us blue versions so us Defiant fans can make a proper canon loadout
