Not Getting My C-points

For gold and life members you get 400 c-points free per month. Im not getting mine and its 5 days after last time i payed. is this happening to anyone else or is this normal. Will i get my c-points eventually?

I had a Press Life Subscription that PWE determined was a 'Gold' Subscription' after the changeover. For the last four months, I've had to send them a ticket at the Cryptic Support site to continually ask them for my C-Points. Sometimes I have to send them five or six tickets.

For some reason, I can no longer view my tickets unless I submit them in-game. I receive an e-mail confirmation, but I've been submitting my tickets for days now with no response.

Mine's shown up five or six days late, I'm not sure the stipend allocation is automated.

It's pot luck for me, sometimes I get them, others I haven't. Lets see....

December: Didn't get it
January: Got it
Feb: Didn't get it
March: Waiting to see!

i haven't received my stipend for march yet, and now after updating my videodriver 12.2 AMD, I can't even play the game caus of artifacts all over the screen.
All the updates lately seem to make the game more worse than better. :(
