[Bug?] Can have more than one of V.Rare Bartender

Is this a bug, or by-design?

I received the V.Rare Bartender from the Temporal Anomaly DOff mission, but I also bought two more off of the Exchange before that event... now I have three of the same DOff.

The DOff (Rulian, if i remember correctly) herself is not unique, so you can have multiples. The mission to retrieve her, however, can only be done once per character. I have 4 of her on my main, but I had to mail the other 3 from my alts.

I got mine from sector space (B'tran to be specific).

It's a sector mission, very very rare. Best chance to get it is to hear someone else stumble across it and go there.
