PLEASE HELP!!!! A friend of mine is trying to join STO. He has much better system reqs than I do, and he has attempted the download and install multiple times, he always gets the Cryptic Error oops message when he attempts to log in. I even tried using my log in on his computer and got the same thing. Never had this problem before. What are we going wrong?
Submitted ticket multiple times too.

had to answer with out more data.
is the program set to run as admin if using win7 or vista?
is it being allowed by firewall and antivirus programs?
is the router firewall allowing the ports the game needs?
if using teamviewer or xfire can prevent the program from working?
as well and a number of other things
is there anything in the error, crash, shutdown logfiles located in the cryptic studios foolder and in the /live/logs/gameclient folder?

I was using teamviewer and uninstalled it. The game seems fine now. Thank you very much! :D
