It's really not that much. I bought all the tabs for our fleet bank in a Saturday evening crafting Aegis sets and selling them on the Exchange. Those were the good old days.

When you open the fleet bank there is a button for "New Repository". The funds will need to be deposited in the Fleet bank before you can purchase the new tab.
