Help i cant save character to start a game..

Hi

as in title, i just installed the game and when i created my character, name, etc.. it wouldn't save at end, there was some error about user account or something like that but i can't remember.


I logged in with Perfectworld account, I "binned" them as perfectworld being the main one.. idk should i make a cryptic account and try with that?


Speaking of cryptic account, i went ahead and made one but when i tried to activate it via email, the site crashed with internal error 500..

Is it buggy today or what seems to be the problem?

For the char creation i would suggest you don't use any specially modified arrangements on your char and only use standard. You can recreate it as you like inside the game if it's the problem.

Cryptic account creation has been deactivated. No longer possible to create a cryptic account since the game have been sold to PWE.
