Hi!
I have tried creating a pwe support ticket, and they have basicly said that pwe accounts f2p should be able to use this service. After I setup Pidgin I still only get a not authorized error. Has anyone managed to get this working? Pwe are not helping. I hope someone can

This feature only enabled for gold accounts, with silver "subscripttion" u will get "authorization error"

So now because my sub ran out I no longer have this ability. Well that just plain sux. Hey cryptic how about you give this ability to the rest of us, as half the time I cant get into the game now because of YOUR bandwidth issues. When I can't get in it would be nice to inform my guild that I can't so they understand that at least I am trying.

Ok so you are calling support a bunch of lying liars, as they told me my account should be able to connect...
Previous message had a quote, but I have been informed that quoting support is a ban-able offence...

Ok, Just got another ticket from support, so clearly making a noise in the forum is good for something..
XMPP out of game chat is a Gold only, looks like the support team don't really know how the not supported features work, and what the requirements are....
Sorry for any confusion.. but they did give me a lot of false hope, and I really wanted to get this feature working....
