Help!

The game will not even launch. I have tried everything that I can think of in order to get it to work. It started yesterday when I kept losing the connection to the game. This morning, I was able to log in ONCE, but got disconnected at character select and have been unable to run the launcher since.

I have tried tracert - This times out, there is no path available to the patch server.
I have tried nettest.exe, and all ports that are >7000 time out consistently.

My internet does not appear to have problems, as I can download from ANYWHERE else at ~20 mbit/sec.

Any advice or relevant information you can give will be greatly appreciated.

This can be a routing issue on the side your internet service provider. But i recommend to re-start your router just to exclude possible problems on your side. Also check your firewall settings.

If 'Trace Route' doesn't work...

Either your ISP gateway routing table is messed up (unlikely, but still possible)
Or you have a Firewall configuration issue (likely)

If it isn't a Firewall configuration issue, then you should contact your ISP and ask them why you can't establish a connection to the STO servers...
