After entering my log in and pass word it comes up with 'You are not allowed to log into this server at this time'
What does this mean?

It means that you can't play until 10:00AM PST, like it says in the updater before you can launch the game.

It means the servers arent up for you to connect to. Servers are usually up, however not everyone is alowed in.
Open Beta doesnt start for another 11 hours

You can't log in for another eleven hours yet, the open beta doesn't start until 10 am PST.
