can't log into the game, so can't use in game bug reporting.
1) in character customize, the first time I hit randomize for the uniform, it changed my body style, not the uniform. Later randomizes changed the uniform.
2) During login, the background graphics flicker - the planet and pier to either side of the center screen with emblem. This is in 1680 x 1050 resolution. This lasts until I am booted out due to the map being full.
