Stuck at Retrieving Characters screen

So this has happened to be a couple times in CB, but it seems to be doing it to me all the time now. I keep getting stuck completely at the message saying "Retrieving Character List..". I cant get any further than that currently and it's been that was for the last 10 min now.

I can second this problem, i imagine its due to the stress of alot of accounts logging in at the same time after the disconnections.
