Skill allocation bug

Mentioned before or not, too many bugs to count. Skill points can only be allocated if I press accept before I allocate. If I allocate skills and press accept, they reset. If I press accept THEN allocate skills, they save automatically without me having to press accept at the end.

That worked for me. The allocations "stuck" when I tried this.

the same happened to me, sometimes two or three times before it works for BO or Captain

Agree - I have had to assign skill points a few times before it accepts the upgrade.
