This happened to me, but I think it's lag.

Also, I got the wrong officer. :( I chose Science and got the one that gives you the Tachyon beam (engineering?)

I had this happen to me as well, I was freaking for a bit, but it worked itself out. That seems to be the only bug I have seen as of yet, but I just started playing today. Overall I think it's pretty good so far.

Yes also had this problem. I saw it around 2/3rds of the time I was switching between space and ground combat. It would normally fix itself after about 30sec to a minute.

OK..OK..I got the win, how about spawning in space on top of your ship, while being shot at by a UNDINE.

It's just server lag.... your client has zoned you into space but has gotten out of sync with the server... same thing can happen after you leave your ship and stay a ship.. when the servers can better handle the load... this will go away

This happened to me twice today. Once after beaming out of the uss azura, and once after getting out of the una system. It stopped once i moved a little or got shot.

I also often spawn as ship on the ground or person in space. And cant do anything about it. It works itself up only if you get NPC message on the screen.

I had same issiue, also got engineering officer when I chose science
