Where is my new ship?

Hi,

I've just been promoted to Lt. Commander and selected a Cruiser as a new ship. The Message "you took command of..." flashed by, and that's it. But where is my new ship? It still looks the same, it has the same number of weapon-slots... as far as I can tell, nothing has changed?!

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

Question was answered in IRC. There is a "change your ship" station in the shipyard :o
