Unable To Authenticate

Hi, I recently activated my open beta key and last night I was trying to log in to STO and for 3 hours and it was coming up "unable to authenticate". I tried turining my firewall off but this had no effect and I was still unable to log in. Could anyone please give me some advice on what I could try next?

Silly question but have you tried turning it off and on again? :p

(Its a in house joke I actually work with this guy)

If the firewall didn't work, all I could suggest is either log a ticket with the admins or try resetting your password in case there are some issues there.
