Early Access HELP! (Carn't make Ticket)

I have order'ed the game for my brother because STO say he can still get into Early Access so i went & paid for it & now Amazon say he carnt get into Early Access, WTF is going on here Amazon say take it up with STO but i carnt seem to creat a Ticket HELP plz.

p.s DEVS i have early access on this account its my brothers account that dosent have the early access, Im only posteing because i paid for his copy.
