The Products i have (preorder and lifetime) vanished from my account :eek:
what's going on here:confused:

It means their servers aren't all online yet. It happened earlier in the day when they took things offline, and the info was showing up correctly later in the day. Since the website just had an outage, I'm guessing the account servers aren't fully up yet.

The information wasn't showing up for me 6 minutes ago. It is showing up now. Something wasn't up and running yet. Don't panic yet!
