CO Lifetime and STO Lifetime character options for headstart?

Are we going to be seeing our uniform (Sash!) and our Liberated Borg anytime soon? I did not really want to create a throw away character during headstart. Since I was planning on playing a Borg with my Borg BO. I am sure many are of the same mindset.

Any word on these options from Cryptic?
