So i got my code from the tng blu ray and i entered it and i have it shown as active on my account but i have no access to it, do i have to wait for the game to actually come out to get it or is it a C Store item?

Check the CStore. If it's not there I would guess that your first assumption is correct.

I'm assuming it will pop up on the C-store, but perhaps not till the 2nd. You can go to your account page to see each of the items you have been awarded. That way you at least know it's coming to you.

There needs to be a post or page made on each type of reward and how to claim them. I'm seeing multiple answers for everything online.

They probably forgot to create the artwork for it. The Mirror Universe uniforms aren't available either for CO lifetimers.

Card states that it will be available when the game is in stores. *Shrug* Maybe once you enter your retail code it will pop up. You never know.

They have made the artwork, we just don't have access to them yet. They show up on some randomly generated NPCs in the Treasure Trading Station smuggling mission.

The Mirror Universe costumes were awarded with the Champions Online Lifetime subscription offer. They aren't yet available in game either.
