I still cant see the Liberated Borg....

I made a trash character and logged in as I didn't see a liberated borg character option.

I went to the C-Store and all I saw was the Shuttle Pet, which I couldn't redeem for some reason, and nothing else. No borg or admiral uniform options.

Activated Features
* Wrath of Khan Admiral's Uniform
* Star Trek Online - Preorder
* Star Trek Online Lifetime Subscription
* Star Trek Online Del Taco Promotion C

So what do I do? I purchased my lifetime days ago so I shouldn't be in the boat who have to wait 24 hours.

I am patient but I would like to play as well :)
