might i suggest a system wide server restart to implement changes?
i'm not computer expert but i'd imagine that would work

Teh dev response so far has been that some individual accounts are having issues. They are asking you to put in a customer service ticket to get resolved if the borg fix didn't help you so they can manually fix the problem.

I put in a ticket and am trying to be patient about it. It would be no biggie if I hadn't been up for 22 hours already.
