Unable to claim Del Taco Shuttle [Archive]

I've become aware of a problem I think others might have.

During beta I claimed my Del Taco shuttle and when I created my new character for live, I used the same character name that I used in beta. Unfortunately this appears to have disabled the Del Taco Pet Shuttle for me. When I try to claim it in the C-store, it says I can only claim it once per character.

Anyone else have this problem? Can we get our shuttles given back to us? I don't believe you want to tell us that if we used our shuttle in beta it's gone forever. I don't know if I can even get another taco code.

I haven't been able to check if it works because I also entered it during beta. erghhh I really don't wanna go to del taco again

You wouldn't have to. The code is still valid. It's just that you have to "claim" the shuttle in game for each particular character by going to the CStore and looking under Special Unlocks and clicking "claim".

What the above people are saying is that because they already claimed the shuttle in beta with a character with the name they are currently using in live, the CStore thinks they already claimed it in live.

It's a pickle. Best bet is to contact Support.

It's not just the name. I used it on my first character and it's greyed out for any others whatever their name.

I got the shuttle with one character when I couldn't claim the Borg, but when I went in with my Borg it wouldn't let me claim the shuttle.

PS Alot of Lib.Borgs running around, also saw a Night Elf and also those things from Avatar (big and blue):p

Exactly the same as me. As long as they know they're aware of it i'm fine but no news.:(
