Everything else I found from devs / admins / GMs was that the issue was resolved.

Actually, I wold laugh so hard if the borgies had to start at launch like us trills.

It's like the number of licks it takes to get to the centre of a tootsie pop. I had to log in and out about six times for it to work. I re-started the client the last three times.

If you sacrifice a perfect hecatomb to Apollo, it might work sooner.

I'm all out. Luckily, the borg option appeared (about 7 hours late)

In a sad twist of irony, his special abilities were not as special as I thought, and I ended up rolling an Alien for my main (Tellarite)

7 hours late.

The silver lining, of course, is that STO will have one more Tellarite! Star Trek has never had enough of those! (perhaps I should say "enoug of us" now).
