does anyone know if they plan on extending the lifetime subscription deal?
I live in Australia , ordered from EB Games, getting told by them the pre-order pack wont arrive till after February 1st, which totally sux since i was planing on getting lifetime subscription when 1st herd about it last year.
any help?

Hence why I didn't prreorder from EBgames. Sure I have to wait several extra days and pay a bit more to get it from amazon but at least I was about to get my preorder key ahead of time and get the lifetime just hours after it was announced.

How i have been trying to get this but unable to find the correct page to do it, just keep getting directed to a pre-order page but i have already pre-ordered the game.

If you're really desperate cancel your pre-order from EB, buy the game off steam, download the 10GB (make sure it wont bust your limit) and off you go. You'll have the pre-order headstart key and like so many other Aussies you'll be able to play right now. You'll also be able to get the US$239 lifetime sub.
I could be wrong on this so someone might find the link, but it's my understanding that if you want a lifetimesub after launch you can still get one, it will cost US$300 instead though.

Which is the boat I'm in. and there appears to be no Email to contact cryptic on, just the Support ticket system, which I fired off, and am waiting for the, possibly, over whelmed support staff to get around too.
Ho hum, the head start is ticking away.

If you have pre-ordered the game and not gotten your code, please get in touch with out support department guys. Especially if you want to buy a lifetime or one year before prices go up on the 2nd.

I have already got my codes which i have entered and can play in head start just cant find the option for lifetime subs or any subs for that matter.

Dranny when you login to the STO website and click on your account info does it say you have the pre-order if so and its still routing you try clearing cookes and cache if that does not help then contact the support department like Stormy said they will be able to help you find out why its not working and get you up and running :D

6 hours? I posted a ticket about not being able to buy the lifetime sub three days ago, and still nothing... (I've pre-ordered, have the account code registered, played beta, am playing head start, have sufficient funds in my credit card, but it keeps saying "Declined" - my credit card company says there's nothing to indicate any declined transactions, which they should be able to see...)

Well I'm not even playing the head start as I have no code. The irony is that for once I have some time off work (sheer coincidence) this weekend, and I thought I might be able to get a little bit of gaming time in. The choice was Mass effect 2 or STO. Its looking like I've made the wrong call.
Also a three day wait is exactly what I was worried about. 3 working days and the chance for a Lifetime sub is gone and I shall feel a little cheated.

i do understand you sent up a ticket i would also suggest giving them a call sence it is getting closer and closer to the 2nd they may be going thew a lot of tickets that have nothing too do with preorder/lifetime subs and calling them might get you in contact and a fix faster so you don't miss out on it. its at the bottom of the link

:) great minds and all that. I was going to as soon as I realised what was going on, until I found out the UK office works odd hours. I found all this out at 1605 today, 5 minutes after the lines closed. So I have to wait until Monday...

I have a different issue of having the preorder code already entered but was unable to purchase the sub due to payment not being authorised.
Infact I think trying to pay through the website has put a lock on my card, probably due to it being a US based auth request.
Hope I can get the lock removed, and find a way to pay before the 1st.
Had card details taken once before through some insider when I did a FFXI sub.
Someone tried to buy stuff in america with it and the card company here in the uk spotted it and locked it.
That time I had to wait for a new card though, which would be no good to me here.

just to check did u guys receive any receipts when you purchased the life sub? I had an error during the purchase, but the money was deducted and life sub is activated on my account. WOuld be nice if i can get a receipt or confirmation of the purchase.

No not got another pc to try it on, will have to see if i can get access to one to give it a shot but till then i'll just sit and wait for a reply.
