Best EXP, best chance for items, fastest all around. Just kill someone and afk back at the base and you are guarenteed 50+ skill points with a crap load of extras with a very fast turn around since you afk at a base no resistance for other team to win. Done.

I think the point is that it's more than likely that the opposing team is going to be doing this to you, or your so-called allies will be doing it, leaving you to do all the work. So it might be sensible to have it fixed.

Unless everybody is planning on afk-pvping. Which I suspect would not be a very fulfilling state of affairs.

Not sure what the big deal is. Why does it matter if someone levels up super fast? Its not like they get any better loot than other people their level. I can run 3 explore missions for 75 badges and buy equivalent gear to pvp gear (ok not tier 1 and 2 stuff, since mockingly it costs 77 badges per item) in less time than it takes me to win/lose the number of pvp matches necessary to get medals to buy the same gear. If you spend your time (as a fed) levelling up in Pvp, you out pace the content of PvE, now making any quest rewards from those encounters less valuable than if you had been doing the missions in their proper order/level.
