I've got the Wrath of Khan uniform on my account, and I also have more than one preorder - when do I access those in game, and also how can I add those serials to my account so that I can access them in-game?

Wrath of Khan uniform is not a pre order or CE or DDE bonus. It came with the purchase of a TV series DVD. It is its own separate code. So, is it really still somehow tied to a retail code?
