I get decent framerates everywhere else I've been, but when I go to Pico system or Memory Alpha, I have to measure my framerate in Frames Per Minute.

There is a thread about bad framerates, stuttering, etc. I had to use an older version of the nvidia drivers. See if this helps you. Sorry, I don't have the thread link...but look in the support forum, it should be there.
