Can't see Mission Rewards after accepting the mission!

I can't believe this isn't in the game. I thought it would get fixed after beta but I guess it didn't.

After you accept a mission, there's no way to see what you'll end up getting for completing those missions. It's not in any of the logs, you can't see it by contacting the person who gave you that mission. Seems like the only way to find out is by completing the mission. But that makes it hard to plan the order you want to do things based on the rewards.

I want to like this game, but there's so many of these little UI details that just remind you how unpolished this game still is. Blah.

Thats a good point being able to review the reward choices for unfinished missions. But I had grown accustomed to not seeing and plan my missions simply by the level requirements.
...But thats not to say i wouldnt like to see the reward choices in the mission journal list.

Drop the mission and then retake it. You can view it right before you accept it.

Thankfully you can always drop a mission and then retake it right away rather than lose it forever.

how did i not think of this? It works because most missions are obtained through starfleet hail but, while this unintentionally works in showing the rewards, it is pretty time consuming if you have 5+ missions at the same time.

I agree, but I also determined to keep my mission area with no more than 2 or 3 missions active at a time. It gets cluttered and confusing otherwise.

Yep, this is exactly what I did in beta, though I agree with the sentiment that being able to view the rewards just by looking at them in your mission list would be a helpful improvement.

Also, as an organizational tool, it could be useful to set secondary missions, etc. as well.

Mission dropping trick notwithstanding, mission rewards ought to be included in your quest log. I'm sure they'll eventually get around to fixing this, but it's a surprising oversight on their part.

I agree. It would be really nice to see what the reward is, especially once you get into the double digits of missions. It's difficult to remember which mission had that really nice tactical officer, for instance, a few days down the road. Given current amount of primetime downtime, and my 12 hour work days it's conceivable that it may be several days from when I accept a quest to when I get a chance tocomplete them.

i like some of the others here have gotten use to doing the missions in order of rank level, but its always nice to see what rewards, exp, credits and merits your getting per mission.

This would also benefit helping those lower ranked than you in your fleet.
