Yes there is but it is out of date....
There is the release notes on these forums, and the release notes on the Launcher, both of witch are out of date.
There have been atleast 2 patches since the last release notes. a 59mb patch before launch and a 149mb patch last night GMT.
So would be nice to know what has changed/improved
