Mirror Universe Outfit?

I have a Champs and STO Lifetime sub and have not been able to access the Mirror Universe outfit.
While I sent in a ticket to the GM's they replied that I would have to wait till launch day to enter a retail code.

Considering there isn't a retail code to enter for this, what is the status on this Cryptic?

I'm in the same boat as you Ranger. Perhaps what the dev meant is you need an actual game retail code to get the Mirror Universe uniform activated? I think I vaguely remember something from the offer saying something about release of game activation or active account. I do want my mirroe universe uniform. :confused:

don't mean to be a jerk here, but the mirror universe outfit isn't a pre-order bonus or a retail feature...

if anything, it should technically be in there before liberated borg from the lifetime subs.

Also, posting links without text is bad online etiquette imo...the equivalent of someone asking you a question and without acknowledging them, pointing down the hall.

Indeed... It's for a very select club of luzers who got a lifetime sub to CO. :p
