Missing voices when creating characters

The voice selection box is blank when you create your character or when you are editing your bridge officers or even yourself afterwards. Any reason why the voices are missing?

Near the End of Beta there was a message about this being removed and being added back later due to some issue. Im guessing it had to do with things like my female vulcan tactical officer giving me verbal updates in a very loud Gorn voice... Freaked me right ouy the first time lol.

My Andorian tactical officer still talks to me in a Gorn voice and I hate it, I'm actually very close to replacing her just because she wont shut up. They need to either remove all the voices, or get it fixed.
