Huge FPS drop?

Anyone else get a huge drop in fps when they have certain UI windows open? It drops my FPS from a steady 60 to anything from (what I've seen so far): 8fps - 32fps. Happens mainly with the skills, exchange and status windows.

Yup, seen it with the skills window. Bugged it in OB.
