I'm not sure if this is a bug, an oversight, or what. I sent in a bug report in game but I know the people that look at those tend to gloss over them without really reading it so I figured i'd try the forums too for double the chance.
Both Orion Female Tactical Officers as well as Orion Female Engineering Officers come with two distinct traits: Seductive and Seduce.
However, for whatever reason, the Orion Female Science Officer only comes with Seductive, they do NOT have the Seduce trait. At the same time, the Orion MALE Science officer does have the Seduce trait/ability but not the Seductive trait and none of the other career orion males have this trait/ability.
I figured this was an oversight since it really doesn't make much sense to provide it to 2 out of 3 careers for vendor bought NPC Orion females coupled with the fact other race traits have equal representation through all careers. Klingons for example have both Honorable and Warrior in all careers. It also doesn't make sense for orion males to have seduce at all, since that was a female ability not a male one. So I guess someone accidently assigned Seduce to the wrong gender in that one specific career, but did correctly in other other two.
