Got a new monitor: How do I update the graphics settings?

I got a new 22 in monitor, but now my STO looks all scrunched up. I checked some of my other games and they're working fine, so I'm guessing STO is still using my old settings for some reason. How do I tell it to update the graphics settings?

FYI, the resolution changed from 1280x960 (I think) to 1600x1050.

I found it. Doh. Under graphics options in the game. :)
