Missions not showing as completed after finishing them

This has happened several times.. Most recent was Kinjer System. I go into the instance.. finish the mission.. then when I warp out it still shows that I haven't completed it.. anyone know how to work around this?

This has happened to me too, it sucks, some I couldn't finish and I dropped them completely.

During beta, the Kinjer System patrol was bugged too. I had to play it *alone* (i.e. not in a team) to validate it. It seems that some other players didn't even completed it that way but it worked for others. Worth a try.

Make sure when you get the option to warp out that when you click to warp out that the "are you sure message" says that mission has been completed.

same with me stuck on the doomsday mission normally after u finish a mission the final objective is to hail starfleet and report, well that just aint happening unfortunatly on the quest box/log thingy it just gives the mission name with no objective and quinn says the mission is still in progress.

At various times in OB, I had similar situations with different quests. I think it has something to do with server latency, and maybe some other deep-rooted bug that shows up more often when the server is overloaded.

Yeah i had the same with Kinjer and then Uma (i think thats its name). I have done Kinjer twice now so i guess i will also try to do it alone. How do you do a mission solo though if someone else warps in?

Under social there is an option to disable open teaming.

Same here. I've done both at least 5 times. Once I'm out of the system it shows I never did it.

I had this very problem.....trying to complete Kinjer and Uma...did them several times...in different ordser too...and I found out...when you look under your mission log...all missions have a rank in which the quest should be done in..if your rank is lower than the quest requirement...it wont progress...at least...that's what happened to me...I went back to Kinjer...at the correct rank...and it finally got completed..phew...so keep your eyes peeled lads...this may well be the problem for you too.:)

These quests are level restricted, but they're not informing you. Kinjer, for instance, can not be completed until you are level 4. You can go in and do it, but it won't "complete" unless you're level 4. It needs to be fixed. Either you should get an error and not be able to go in, or the level restriction should be removed on the back end so you can finish the mission whenever you are able to go in and do it, regardless of level.

Once you're level 4 you can complete the mission and the developers are aware of the issue. Their response is in the mission section of the bugs console in the game.

I ran into something similar on an early commander mission to rescue some diplomats from hirogen, I did it, left the system but it didn't show as completed, it did however have a continue option from about halfway thru the mission(away team bit where you rescue hostages after escaping) and I was able to hand it in that time.

Kinjar and Una on that patrol are bug, post OB, what i did to finish it was I did all other systems on that patrol first, went solo, completed kinjar, then una.
