Bug in the "Hail Starfleet" Screen

hey guys..

for about two days (gmt+1) i'm having this bug when opening the "Hail Starfleet" screen - *click* (http://bilderhoster.at/upload/bpxem1265037962.jpg)
any suggestion?

i'm getting really ****ed off.. it's quite hard to play, when you don't know what quest-npc you need to click to get new missions etc.
