Federation Players now lose 10% of their Hull per second whenever they are closer then 20 km to any other Federation Player. This applies at any time and place, and is not limited to PvP Areas.
A fine nerf, I must say.

Funny thing is that FedBlob superiority was just accepted as fact by the end of open beta.
Now that we're in head start, suddenly it's "nerf the Klingons". The biggest change? Feds got overrun with new players.

I have seen more klingons blobs, than fed blobs in CaH scenarios lately..maybe many new klingons are former FEDs who brought that tactic with them :p i have found it funny actualy :-))
But really, people who are whining about FEDblobs are on the same level as people whining about cloak...whiners are on both sides.
