Artifacts In Game

I am seeing artifacts in game, usually on ground missions but happens in space too occasionally.

Running a GTX 260 216 core, SpeedFan is showing temps at about 59C which is well within normal range for gaming.

I do not have this problem in any other game including WoW, Batman Arkham Aslyum, Borderlands, Dragon Age: Origins, Modern Warfare 2 and others.

Something isnt right here. I already have FPS set to limit at 75 and Vsync is on.

Any ideas?

Disable dynamic lighting, possibly ambient space occlusion too.

The latest drivers for both nvidia and ati have trouble with the code. It's a known issue, and thats why both manufacturers are pushing out multiple hotfixes for multiple games.

did all that and still having the same issues.
